Aquarium Questions?

I bought a 10 gal at a Garage Sale. I tested it and it doesn't seem to be leaking. The seal is up a pinch on the very edges of the bottom, is that okay? All I need is that to spring a leak? I also have some hard water line marks on one side. Is there anything that will clean that without damaging the glass?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hardwater marks:

I've had good luck using baking soda, add just enough water to make a paste and it makes a great mild abrasive that won't scratch your glass. Rinse the baking soda with vinegar and then lots of water. Mine always come out sparkley clean.
