do you put your aquariums near a window to get alot of natural light or are they away from a window and the only real light is from the tank light?

Near a window, but they don't get alot of natural light.

I wouldn't put it in direct sunlight. And plus too much light is gonna cause algae growth problems.

Away from any windows where sunlight shinse though and in a nice quiet corner where thre is very little human activity and no-one is going to bang the tank.

As mentioned natural sunlight in your tank will cause no end of algae problems.

The only lighting required is the lighting from your tank.

I just want to know i have 11 fish and i was thinkin about gettin some wood of some kind is this a good idea or not
