Aquarium Courier ?

I Need to get my new aquarium collected from herts & delivered to me in essex. Are there any reputable couriers that i could use to do this for me & how much should i expect to pay? The tank is a 400L with stand.

APC are pretty good, as are UPS but UPS is expensive.
