Aquarium change

I want to change from my 10 gal to a 15 fluval. Can I just transfer water, old filter stuff and fish or do I need to start all over in the new one?

Just set up the new tank using what you have (add extra gravel if needed).
Half fill the new tank with the old water.
Move fish, plants, filter, etc, into the new tank.
Top up new tank with dechlorinated water.
Turn filter, light and heater on.
That's it.

I had a lot of „what ifs “ but that sounds easy. Thank you for the response.
