Aquaclear 20g filter....

I have a 23g tank, and I'm planning to buy an Aquaclear 20g filter.

I need to know thw dimensions of the filter, to see if it fits into my hood. I can't get a new cover made. Can anyone please tell me the size of this filter?

The opening you will need is 5 1/8" wide, & 1 1/2" from the back edge of the tank. You need 2 3/4" room for it to hang over the back, between the tank & wall. Just got around to measuring one of mine.
