i think the L16 (sorry, no found pound button) that bettaman offered a pair to you is by FAR they best deal that you could possibly find!!!!

i don't know what the importation to the UK would cost. in the US, people pay anywhere for $10-100 fora a pair on aquabid. $5 per fish to pay to ship them to america, then probably $40 for shipping from the transhipper in the US to your door.

Go with Bettaman, Ebay has no bettas and Aquabid is all US people.... Darn yanks, having the best site for buying bettas.... mumble mumble.....

before i started to import my own fish i had some from aquabid i paid £20.00 for two fish and £23.00 for ems postage which takes 4-5 days and is illegal although at the moment there is no other way for some sellers, then you have to pay them that amount so say western union which would then cost another £12 for the charges to pay this way....... so £55.00 for two fish which may be dead on arrival , i am speaking to some of the breeders and sellers to use my license to get them in quicker but thats brewing and you would still pay them, for you in the states that was $40.00 for the two fish $45.00 for the postage EMS....and $24.00 for charge to pay by Western union so $109 for two fish so you can see why its expensive to buy two fish in the UK from aquabid.......

Edit new batch of fish arriving in April 1-2 week 120 of them so watch this space........

as above have made the order so takes supplier to get them together will be crowns halmoons super deltas, halmoon plakats and some wild caught fish and some special orders for customers....so should be 1-2 wekk in april.......

aquabid is great, i use it alot with very few problems ever. bettas man is a cool guy, and his fihs are some of the best ur going to find anywhere, go for it.

and OohFeeshy, if u get together with all teh other european fish keepers im sure u can convince aquabid that there is a need for an auction in europe, or u could make ur own

LOL. I don't know of any other places to buy bettas online in the UK, apart from Trimar which only does males and you can't guarentee that you get your selected colour.
