Aqua-pro 1

I have just aquired an Aqua-Pro 1 external filter. Could anyone tell me what's the best media for it, and in which baskets the different media goes in. Also at the moment i have a Fluval 3 plus and a Fluval U3 in the tank, could i take these out and put the sponges from them (which are mature) straight into the external and run the external straight away by itself as the transfered media would be dealing with the same amount of fish. I have aqua pro 4's I have sponge at the bottom (which you could use from your other filters) spiorax (I cant remember how to spell it sorry) in the middle basket and filter wool in the top. Mine were new and the sponge and filter wool was provided, the other media was recommended in the instructions. Hope this helps.

ive got a pro-aqua 2 and the stuff is the same way round i just cant set it up

mine was a piece of cake to do

sponges on the bottom
then all the ceramic media stuff
then topped with some floss to finish it all off.

yes ive set mine up now
i filled it up and then tryed sucking throungh the outlet pipe but some one told me to fill it up by sucking on the outlet pipe
its a greate fillter
