Aqua One T5 Lights

Hi all,
I have an aqua one 620 aquarium and want to fit t5 lights instead of the 18w ones that are fitted as standard. Is this possible? and has anyone here done it?
One thing though, I dont want to have an open aquarium, not least because I have fish that think they can fly.

Iv got the aqua one 620T and I would also like some better lights any tip's?
