Hi, I have the same tank.

The filter pump sort of hangs at an angle and can come to rest against something sometimes. If you jiggle it until the vibration stops then positon the black rubber O ring against the first filter tray to keep it in position.

Failing that then there is room to move the rear filter housing hood and the front light housing hood as they can vibrate together.

If the vibration stops when you turn the lights off then there could be a fault with a tube or choke.

Lastly, try packing some soft foam between the rubber elbow and the compartment.

Mine hums a bit most of the time but now and again it does vibrate but I can usually stop it with one of the above :good:

do be careful the filter isn't getting blocked up !!!! if i recall correctly the wet/dry trickle filter on the aqua one isn't sealed and if it does block up the filter starts to leak and water gets pumped out of the top of the tank and down the back, i was looking t getting the exact same tank but then found the aqua Vital 830, i am positive its made by the same manufacturer as aqua one as it identical in looks, even the cabinet, only difference it i has an external filter.
