Aqua One Aquis 1050 Noise

hello guys,
I have a second-hand aqua one aquis 1050 which i have only set-up on my new tank an hour ago and it has been making a strange noise. It sounds like water trickling coming from the filter. The filter is also humming quite loudly and spits out some bubbles when i rock it from side to side. Is there a way to stop the trickling water sound or is it nothing to be worried about?

The filter has an air lock.
They tend to do that when first used.
I always rock them side to side a bit and even turn them on their side to try dislodge the air but it is normal.
If you decide to rock it about abot make sure your hoses are connected well and check for leaks after.

No worries .
They sound like they are leaking and hum loudly until they purge the air.
