Aqua Clear 70 Powerhead

Hi guys, just after a little advice. I know that SH's dont require the same water movement as a full reef community so I was wondering whether this would be enough for my 62gal? its output is 1514L/H. I have two smaller powerheads too that were from a while ago that I could put on if neccessary, what are your thoughts?
