Can apple snails contract Ich? Or are they too different from fish to not catch it? thanks

Can they suffer from Ick? No. But can they carry the free-living stages from one tank to another? Absolutely, yes. Just like any other wet object. Bear that in mind when transplanting snails from one tank to another.

Do also remember copper-based medications will quickly kill apple snails.
