Apple Snail Still Not Eating

He moves about at night ok but he hasn't eaten anything yet. I popped some cucumber in today and he's not come out. Any suggestions on what I should do? I've only had him a few days.

Give it time, it's probably eating when it roams around at night. They are not allways like fish that are quite easy to see feeding.

Ok thanks. How long is it ok to leave the cucumber in there for?

Depends how fresh it is. If I put mine instraight from the fridge, it can stay in for 24 hours easily.
