Bristlenose
Fish Fanatic
Hi I bought an Apple snail for my aquarium and was very pleased when it left eggs attached to my tank lid. However they have been there for over 2 weeks, nearly 3. After doing some research I found info saying the eggs could dry out and the snails can be stuck inside and die.
So today i open one of the eggs, there was a perfectly formed snail shell inside but i cannot see any sign of the snail itself, i popped open two more and the same, id have thought the shell would be late in forming, so should i crack open the rest of the eggs?
Or leave them a few weeks? Is this normal?
Cheers!
