hello! I have this apple snail in my 10 gallon tank and he hasn't moved for about a week now. his trapdoor is halfway open but he's definitely not dead since he reacts to touch. beside him there are 6 guppies and two pepper corys in the tank. does anybody have any idea why he wouldn't move?

thanks!

They hibernate occasionally could be doing that just pick him up occasionally to check he doesn't smell bad.

well it seems to me that he isn't hibernating. he comes out of his shell and tries to get a grip but it seems to me that his shell is somehow too heavy for him, or he has grown weaker because he can't move the shell at all, he just moves under it and eventually falls on his ''back'' as the shell seems to heavy for him. what could be wrong?
