Apple Snail Health

I have these snails in my tank nearly 6 months now but recently they have started to loose the orange colour. They are looking rough in the parts where the colour is missing which is white.

Should i be worried by the loss of colour or is this just growth related

filtration- internal(suppiled) ehiem 2215 (maturing for new tank)
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 25

water changed 30% weekly with gravel vac

Whats the pH of the water?

The ph is around 7.2 7.4

Try that website, from what i know the pH shouldn't be a problem.
