Apple Snail Eggs

Hi all, my partner has just told me he has what i assume are Apple Snail eggs (i gave him 2 of my apple snails turns out its male and female).
They are on the condensation try, now i know they need to stay damp so should we be spraying them or should the evaporation be enough?

Any advice greatly welcomed as i have never kept Apple snails until recently let alone bred them
