Apisto strange white dot on dorsal fin and head

Hi there,

One of my apisto's has like a strange white dot on his head and also something white on his dorsal fin. Any idea what it might be on how to cure it?
The white dot isn't growing much (it's been 3 weeks now)

It could be a new case of Ich that your fish has been fighting off and keeping at bay for the moment.
