Anyone Use Sakrete Natural Play Sand?

Hubby has decided he wants sand for the bottom of his tank, so he picked up a bag of Sakrete natural play sand today. I know lots of people use play sand, but wasn't sure if this brand is fish safe or not. I'm in the process of cleaning it now but just thought I'd double check if its okay to use.

if thers bubbles its a bad thing or so i heard.

I use gravel so you might want to ask some other people..

Yeah, Ive used that brand. The tanks I have the sand in only have pond snails, Malaysian Trumpet snails, and plants. Should be fish safe. My word of advice though: WASH IT THOUROUGLY! I didnt, and now after water changes the water if full of silt. Wash it till its clear, not kinda clear.
