Would it be possible to keep track of members' locations through a feature like "members"/ "calendar"? If so, that would, IMO, be easier to follow (locations would not be found through searching/ profiles/ arbitrary posts in threads is Chit Chat), and, more importantly (and the reason why I posted this) facilitate swaps/ swap meets/ info sharing/ get-togethers/ aquarist societies/ rescues/ etc.
This is just something that I remember and which has never been acted on (which, of course, makes me think that this post will no doubt be forgotten shortly, if anyone bothers to respond).
