Anyone Know Of A Kelp-like Marine Plant?

Hi, I was wondering if someone knows of a kelp-like marine plant that can grow up to 5' tall, and can withstand temperatures below 70°F.

Any ideas?

You mean that's commonly for sale in the marine trade? If so, no... There is that kelp that grows in the pacific off the coast of california that grows hundreds of feet tall. Nobody keeps it in their tanks though
