Anyone Know How To Sterilize Decor?

it was used in a hermit crab tank a while back, its like a plastic hiding home i was wondering if there anyway i could sterilize this so i can use it in my fish tank?

Leave it out in direct sunlight for a day..
or put it under a UV light?

Soak it in 1/10 bleach solution(1 part bleach 9 part water) for a few hours. Clean it off well with water and some declorinator.

scrub it, rinse it, boil it for 5 minutes, I would do that after I used the bleach.
