I've been looking at these too, I seem to remember someone posting that they weren't bad. I've also been looking at the tool set offered by aquaticmagic on ebay. They offer a similar set for $49. After all the conversion and postage, not sure if they are much cheaper and not sure on quality.

The most useful bits of kit for me would be the landscaping tools which help you shape the substrate. But I actually find a small pair of nail scissors easier to use than the long ones I got from Aquaticmagic, as they are easier to manuver and very sharp.

Interesting to know, as I always thought "pah, fancy looking flat bit of metal" when I say the landscaping tool. I only have some nail scissors at the mo and I find them quite difficult to use. Got some 27cm curved scissors comming this week so I'll see how they match up
