Anyone got a bottle of Bettafix?

I'm getting really confused over Bettafix, Melafix and Pond (Professional Strength) Melafix. I'm trying to work out a chart so you know what the dosage is, no matter what fish you've got and what product you've got, but my maths just isn't adding up. I know Bettafix is meant to be 1/5 strength of Melafix but I can't get my head round the dosing.

Could someone do me a really big favour and look at their bottle of bettafix, and tell me the % of melaleuca, and the dosing instructions (in ml per gallon or litre if possible, rather than drops).

0.2% Melaleuca. Instructions are "Add 6 drops per pint (473 ml), 12 drops per quart (946 ml), or 1/2-teaspoonful (2.5 ml) per U.S. gallon (3.8 L) of Betta bowl water. Repeat dose daily for up to seven days before making a water change.
