Anybody Have Any Experience?

When I was at my LFS the other day, I saw that they had a tank of 2" albino Channel Cats. Does anyone have any experience with keeping these fish? I want to raise a group of them in my new 30 gallon and then move them into my 120 when they get too big. I heard that they get up to 4' long ! I hope that's not true.

Read the fishprofile in the fish index section at the top of the main forum. They get big yes.

In the profile it says that channel cats will eat some plants. I have a few plants in my tank and here they are:

3xCryptocoryne Wendtii
1xAnubias Nana
3xJava Fern

Would it eat those plants??

Not sure, but before you even think about your plants, can you house it correctly???
From what I can remeber, it will need a tank or 10 feet long with a width of 4 feet...

Yeah, I doubt you have a tank big enough.
Just looked at your profile. Do you rekon you can post some pics of your 120gallon tank?

120 is not large enough, and neither is your 30 gallon. This fish will get at least four feet long. Where I live we have them in our rivers, and believe me they get huge. A local store keeps a couple in a multi- thousand gallon tank. These fish should not be kept in such tight quarters like a 30 gallon or a 120 gallon.
