I have a plastic 5 litre tank it used to be used for cold water fish but i am thinking of changing it to warm water.

What size heater and filter would i need?

What fish do you think would suit?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure no-one uses plastic tanks for tropical fish because heat and plastic generally don't mix too well...

Im currently making my 4 litre tank into a tropical. Its plastic. Hope all goes..... not broken...

I bought a 25w heater and its original filter.

i have a plastic tank with heater -20L its been fine for about 4 months

25w will be good and a sponge filter maybe, or a mini filter ,have a look on ebay
