Hello!

I brought some neon tetras on saturday- 12 in all, for my community tank. And very mysteriously as from this morning, only 4 remain! I have only found 3 bodies, and wonder what fish i have could be the murderer?!!! I have 2 dalmation mollies, 4 danios, 1 catfish and 1 golden gourami as well as 3 red crabs. I know the crabs would have prob eaten the bodies to get rid of the evidence, but would any of the other fish i have eaten the neons? please help me bring the culprit to justice!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry this is your first post...

The deaths could be down to a number of reasons...

What are your water conditions like, how big is the tank and how long set up?

If everything is fine there then as you say it must be one of the inhabitants....

What type of catfish? If they will fit in its mouth then this prob the most likly culprit.

Gouramis can be quite aggressive but don't think it would bother a neon...

Not familiar with the crabs but some are capable of catching very small fish...
