Any immediate home treatment for sick fry?

I have a fry that seems to look very sick. It looks like it cannot balance itself and it's turning round and round in the container. If it's not turning, it's swimming sideways. I cannot tell what is wrong with it. Looks like there's something on it's belly. I have no antibiotics at home. Is there anything I can add to the container to make the fry feel better?

I think swim bladder does that..not 100% sure though. I would do a water change and maybe a salt bath. Thats what I did with my fry that had ich.

when you say salt bath, what kindof salt should i be using?
