:hi: to the board.

Elisabeth is right, you should start with a check of water parameters. Then we can go from that.

Hi and welcome ann

If the tank has been set up just a month then it is still probably going through the cycling process when high levels of ammonia and nitrite can harm/or stress your fish.

Have you got any kits to test for these products?

Some Info On Cycling Here

tetsing the water as mentioned above is the most important thinng to do right now, but as WWW said if the tank is only a month old it will still be cycling and the fish may have dies from ammonia poisoning. I lost a few fish to that with the first tank I setup, throuigh to much stock to quickly.

ok found out what it is, i caught the female, she's been hidding, but she's got fin rot, so treatment is underway.

thanks for the advice tho.
