any idea why all fish have this?

all fish iv ever seen, always have that sad look on theyre faces, particularily the mouth, its like ( ) look at that guys mouth, its that shaped, any ideas why?

i don't know. i love the look on my devils face. it is just so sweet to me. i love it when he swims up to the tank. he has the greatest fish face that i have ever seen.
