About half the size of a little fingernail.
Sucked out of my tank this morning - and the tank was completely emptied and cleaned last weekend.
My Betta died in it yesterday, so that was a fairly significant event, but I’ve absolutely no idea where this could have come from. It looks like 2 digested seeds stuck to a bit of a cornflake (I promise that it’s not!)
There is a chance that it was already in the bucket that I siphon the tank water into but this is very unlikely as it’s kept so clean. My family’s opinion is that it’s part of a cereal-based breakfast bar… but we don’t have any in the house!
It it some sort of fishy, shrimpy secretion that I don’t know about?!
