Theres a couple of well established Blackberry forums already out there on the net which are dominated by Americans, but to be fair the although Blackberry has been around for years, its only become more of a recent thing for 'normal' mobile phone users here in the UK.
On that basis a new forum has been set up which predominantly targets the UK market, but anyone and everyone is welcome. We dont want it to be 'another' forum of the same thing thats already out there, although there is a technical element to the forum we are aiming for a more personal touch. Again, the well established forums are very good for helping with problems and technical knowledge but do not have as much to offer on the personal side, which is where we come in.
My position on the site is Author. There are a team of Authors who write about anything and everything. It doesnt have to be blackberry motivated, just something of interest that might appeal to the public. Ive done an article about my aquarium, my thoughts on it and a little progress report. Ive even put a mention in for this site so anyone who does read it may just wonder over
We're obviously trying to bring in more members to make the forum grow. Although it based on Blackberrys we are thinking of new ways to introduce a little something for everyone, kinda like this section of a tropical fish forum. We dont ask that all members own a Blackberry, we just want people to drop by for a chat Obviously if you do own a Blackberry then you could benifit from help from fellow BB users and even check out the free themes for your handset
Pop on by when you get a spare 5 minutes and see what you think... if you want to make any suggestions or have any critisism towards the forum - postive or negative - then please let me know either in here or in there.
