Just wondering if anyone else here is an archer?
It my other passion

Currently working on Bowman with the Recurve (W&W Toz, 38lb Borders, Shibuya Ultima Carbon, ACC LR & SR, 610 Navs)

And just got a triple laminate English Longbow (50lb - Osage, Purpleheart, Hickory) which is bloody great fun!!!

Im glad I caught this thread. I love archery myself too. I really dislike compact bows because I think they are cheap, but then again I don't want to judge. My heart is with reflex bows. Once I get home from college thats what im gunna go and do. Ill try to get a pic of my bow sometime. I forgot my model. Its not strung at the moment because I stored it for the winter.

Hubby is a coach and was in the scottish team. He isnt as active as he was but still loves it.

I did archery as a kid and loved it. i had a tiny cammo coloured compound bow (daggy), but my mum had a beautiful big white recurve that i always thought i'd "borrow" when i was old enough and use....
sadly my brother pawned it years ago didn't find out for ages . *sigh* all those wasted dreams!

Just got my first compound bow. Hoyt lazer tec shooting 60Lbs. Nice bow.

Does anyone here do HFT shooting in a forest or anything like that?
