My 36G tank is a month old and I have planted cabombas, some swords, corkscrew vals, java ferns and a anubias on a piece of wood. The green algae is mostly gone and the plants are starting to look pretty good.
The leaves on the anubias had heavy infestation of algae that is now mostly gone. They are however stained and blotchy. Should I trim them or will they clear up? Also should I add fertilizer?, What type? I have a CO2 injected tank.

Hi Scott

How much light have you over this tank, how many watts per gallon, and how big is the tank.

I have:

36 Gallon Half Bow Tank
CO2 Injection
55W CF 6700K
65W CF 10000K
Magnum 350 Filter
30 Various Tetras
6 Cory's

KH=6
GH=8
PH=6.9

I clean my A. Barteri and A. Nana leaves with an old toothbrush. The leaves are robust and can take a fair bit of scrubbing. Anything left behind after a scrub is there for good. I'd leave the marked leaves on the plant (unless they are very badly damaged) as they still contribute to the plant's wellbeing and in my opinion a spotless plant looks rather too artificial. As anubias grow slowly the replacement of the lost leaves will take some time and you may be left with a rather sparse plant.
