Anubias On Driftwood

I have a magnificant large Anubia that is healthy and deep roots wrapped around a large piece of driftwood.

Can I cut a large piece of the stem including the roots and rewrap this around another piece of driftwood without killing my plant??

They are very expensive in Oz and am hoping to regrow them myself (for my own usage) by splitting them as they get bigger each time.......
Do they also feed on ammonia?


Any advice on Anubias would be great...........

Yup should be fine, have done the same thing myself in the past. Just be aware that they're fairly slow growing so it might take a while for any offcuts to start filling out.
