Firstly welcome to the betta bowl Okay so it's not just about bettas in a bowl, it's about all bettas in all tanks. Usually there are a lot of question relating to bettas I've made this new section all about the wonderful world of them.

Yes it did! Betta Bowl, wow, memories. Then we had it expanded to include gouramis. It doesn't seem like that long ago, but it must have been.

What a nice thing to see this old post. I have to admit I did a double take when I saw the name though.

It does bring back some good memories. The betta forum was changed to include gouramis not very long after I had joined. At that time I was looking for information about breeding gouramis and there was so little about them that I was looking in the betta forum to try to get a clue about raising anabantoids in general.

I must admit, I was hoping to find an easier way than what I was doing, but it turns out that there is no easy way to raise them at all. )
