Another Sad Fish Bowl

Who thinks these things up?
Apart from obviously being too small the water would slosh all over the place when it was being changed and Id bet my bottom dollar that a lot of them would be smashed or chipped within a few weeks.

oh my god so tacky and cruel.Far to small for a snail let alone a golfish.

Yesterday msn had a "hottest toys for 2005" list, so of course me and my daughter browsed through them. #5 was a tank designed to look like space, it lights up and whatnot, says it's perfect for "betas, goldfish or guppies", my kid gets excited and says THATS the tank she wants for her molly fry in her room. I read on- it's only half a gallon...what the fudge?! Why even bother making a tank that small is my question
What a waste of a cute idea, needless to say we won't be buying one.

I have to laugh at that fish shaped fish bowl. Give it a streak or two of orange, fill it with dusty-lost-its-fragrance-10-years-ago-potpourri, and you have the glass fish that sat on the bookshelf in my parents living room from about 1972 to 1987.................... :*)

Does anyone ever just feel like smashing all of these inadequate fish bowls over the heads of the CEOs who were responsible for letting them enter the market?

That biorb thing expensive crap.

We've decided before there is nothing wrong with BiOrb as long as the are stocked apropriatley.
Which basically means an expansive betta bowl. ;)

How can designers design something that they clearly know nothing about? To be a half decent designer you have to research every detail of what you intend to make. Stupid designs for stupid people.
