"Why Utah?!"
I have one fry that was attacked by someone else, was separated, and got fungus the following day. It managed to survive, got over the fungus, now it’s been several days and the same fry is now having problems again. All of the wounds have healed, no more red, but still missing scales. It was doing great for several days. But now the fry is listless and floats up at the top almost on its side. Now I’m stumped as to what the problem is. The only symptom is the floating and it gasps sometimes. Those are the ONLY symptoms. Everything is the same, water is clean, temp is still warm (on the heat pad), and so I’m at a loss.

My betta is doing the same thing, and I'm almost positive he's constipated.

Possible swim bladder disorder? The stress from moving tanks and treating it could have made it stress out, opening the door for a ton of other stuff.

Hey, have you been getting your babies to eat peas at all yet? It might be time to start them on peas, if they'll take them. It could help.

Also salt the water if you have any salt left. If not, come over here and get some.

What are your water stats ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
Im no expert on bettas but i know if there's somthing amiss at all in your water stats that may explain why he is getting repetive fungus attacks, would also explain the unwell fry.

The fry's problems started when its siblings tried to tear it to bits. Fins were fine from what I hear, but the body was torn up pretty bad.

I know the water's changed religiously there, every day. 100% water changes.

(I'm answering because Styx isn't online all that often, and I know quite a bit of the info.)

Styx, could it be this....?

Also, the white pimples remind me of Dynasty. That might also explain why the anti-fungal hasn't been working.

OrkyBetta - That's what it looks like, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

Kiarra - Water is always salted. Won't even give the peas a first look, let alone a second, forget trying them.

Tokis-Phoenix - Water is fine. There have been no "repetive fungus attacks" and this is the only unwell fry. All my other ones are fine (except one that got a water temp change by accident).

Kiarra - If you're speculating that for the fry, then no, it has nothing on it's body anymore. If you're speculating for Dynasty, could be. I'll let her know right away and we'll see if we can cure her.

Have you tried Daphnia with them at all? That's a good source of fiber, too, and, if it's a swimbladder problem, it could be related to constipation.... Just speculating. It could also be a bacterial infection and would need antibiotics. Tetracycline's good for young ones.

Was speculating that for both, in case the fungus looked like that at all. I think it's a real possibility with Dynasty, though. In which case, she needs some antibiotics, not anti-fungals.
