Another piece of driftwood

Hi everyone.

I just washed ashore from the Tropical Aquariums Info shipwreck at the start of the year. Found this site by accident looking for ways to cool down the tank. (I live in Madrid, Spain, and so far have boiled around 15 fish this summer ).

In any event , I started flipping through the members list and saw a lot of people I knew so thought I'd jump in as well since I used to have a lot of fun on that site.

I here Spain is suffering from extreme heat waves at the moment - as is the UK.

My fish house has heated up lots and I have been using bags of ice cubes to try and keep the temperatures down.

too hot must be a long term problem there....

...could be the same for us in the UK (this week especially) - we're looking at 33C+

Ah, pity. You use the same avatar and practically the same screen name as a guy who was on the Tropical Aquariums forum, british and everything. You're even on line around the same times he usually was. Should have known you weren't him though - no snide remarks. He was always getting in trouble with the forum moderators. We had a good time!

Hi Tim welcome to the forum, there are quite a few from TA around here, hope you enjoy it as much here as you did there and get to meet new friends as well
