What types of frogs besides ACF's and ADF's are fully aquatic? I dont want any semi terrestrial ones!

And would they be found at an LFS or a LPS dealing with amphibians and reptiles?

i used to have an ablino clawed frog great character. their just albino acf's i belive though. mine used to be the size of my fist and ate adult mollies whole.

in 1 of my lfs they have red bellied toads????? newts etc.. they have loads of that sort of stuff.

Fire bellied toad and newt species all require a land area and arent fully aquatic ;)

All members of the Family Pipidae are fully aquatic, this includes the well known Xenopus laevis or ACF, Hymenochirus and Pseudohymenochirus species also known as ADF's.

To be honest the only other members of this group that are relatively easily come by are the Pipa sp. otherwise known as Surinam Toads.

The above website is very useful for all things amphibian anyway :)
I hope this helped ;)
