Angels still need your help

Ok this is a long story if you havn't read any of my previous posts. So to cut a long story short, I have my two Angels in a hospital tank who are not eating. The male angel is now shedding some weird stringy bubble stuff? My discus had this just before he died. Is it HITH? If not what is it?

Please help!
