What danios? zebras may be a little too hyper and can stress angels

I have zebra danios and an angelfish in a 50gal no problem .

It's a fairly safe choice, just rember what's required for each species to thrive and you'll be fine. This means a large group of danios, and some parts of the the tank with slow moving water for the angel.

Add the danios first, and go for juvenile angels.

Your right, 'large' is pretty vague .

I'd consider over 6 large, since most people would rather have less.

I have 9 .

I've had 10 zebra danios in a 55G tank with 3 angels - no problems at all.
