Hello All,

I have a 55 gallon tank
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:5
Ph:7.4
Temp: 79

Has been running for about 5 months. Started it by seeding with filter cartridge from my beginner tank.
Amazon swords and sand substrate

I have:

4 angelfish (still juvenile about the size of silver dollar maybe a bit bigger.

7 Corydoras Trilineatus

3 mollies (lyretail) one currently in QTtank giving birth, one currently in hospital tank bc she's ill)

(2 guppys, currently in 55 due to needing both QT and Hospital tank for the mollys)

So on to the issue, all of my angelfish are getting this gold tint to them mostly along head and dorsal fin.

I noticed it and did some research, all information pointed to natural color variation so I tried to stop worrying, however they also started to have very white stringy poop. They still ate fine and were active.
I also began to notice my fishes bellys getting very rounded and large like they were bloated. After some research I was pretty sure it might have been an internal parasite. I bought some metroplex, focus, and garlic guard. Mixed it up and fed the fish only the mix for the next 5 days (refrigerated between serving)

A week and a half later and my fish all look like so tiny. (even male fish were beginning to look pregnant). The white stringy poop stopped, however, I then noticed a few fish acting strange. The middles row of pics show my lightest angel with vertical striping. She has been spending a lot of time at the surface. I only see her go to another area when there is food. Today I noticed she has pink streaks on her tail right at the fleshy part before the fin, and another along her head. She also has what looks like a sore exactly halfway between her dorsal fin and tail. Then I start to realize that the gold color has turned to almost speckles and my other angels have the same tint/speckling.

I'm guessing that she has some sort or bacterial infection with the red striping and sore, but is this also a velvet infestation on all my angels? If so that may be what my molly has also but she's black and it's very hard to tell I just see that her black coloring that used to look like smooth velvet, looks rough and almost browning especially by the gills.

Any ideas on what may be causing the issue? Could it be internal parasites that weakened the fish and now my getting rid of them made them have weakened immune systems?

Sorry I know a ton of pics and lengthy post, but I really want to save my fish if possible. I have prazi pro that I got to try in case the medicated for didn't work, but I appreciate any suggestions or help!
