Angelfish And Siamese Fighter?

Hi everyone,

Just a general question really, can Angelfish and Siamese fighters be in the same tank, I have heard numerous opinions on this some say no way! Some say yes. So any advice or info on this would be much appreciated.

I seriously wouldn't. Angels can be very nippy and will more than likely chew your betta up. Keep the betta in a 5 gal tank on his own. It will be much less hassle for both fish.

I don't think angels are that aggressive. A beta will go after the angels fins. I don't think it's a good idea.

I've never tried both together, but I do have Bettas and an Angel in different tanks. I don't think that it will work, without mishap....
