Angelfish Aids

I HAVE BEEN HAVING LOTS OF TROUBLE WITH MY FISH TANKS AT THE MOMENT. LOTS HAVE BEEN DYING AND I DON'T KNOW WHY. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ON THE NET ABOUT MY LARGE ANGELFISH AND ACCORDING TO ONE SITE THE SYMPTOMS MINE HAVE IT SEEMS TO CALLED ' ANGELFISH AIDS' BOTH OF THEM NOW ARE AT THE TOP OF THE WATER HEADS STAIGHT UP. I AM WORRIED THAT MY WHOLE TANK WILL HAVE THIS AND HOW ON EARTH DO I TREAT THE REST OF THE FISH. IT SAYS THAT OTHER FISH SHOULD NOT BE AFFECTED BUT AS I SAID I HAVE LOST LOTS OF OTHER FISH PARTICULARY ORANGE SWORDTAILS AND BLUE NEONS. I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY HELP..........

Tanks size, water parameters, stocking, and can you turn the caps off please?

Another water change and get water tested at lfs fast, also heavy breathing can be a sign of others things besides poor water quality, from parasites to bacterial infections.
