I have recently added a pair of Angel fish to my tank. The problem is them seem a little aggressive to the Silver dollar I have in their already. They don't bother with the smaller fish just that one, they chase it away when it swims up close. Is this normal and is there anything that can be done?

i have 2 angels in mine there peacefull but chase away my bala sharks,
but are fine with the other fish, :)

I know there territorial but the dollar only wants to make friends, the bullies.

lol  they must'nt like the sd, how big are the angels?

They are about 2 inches long from nose to tail. The dollar is not much smaller.

there only young then, they usualy very peacefull when small, perhaps they see the sd as a threat to them,

As you can obviously see the shape of the sd is similiar to that of the angels, it isnt uncommon for sds to nip angels fins to make them look right the angels may be seeing off the sd for this reason other than that the angels may just be making it clear to the sd that its there patch
