ive got 2 angels in a tank now with 2 shrimp and never had any bother with either

Angels will eventually try to eat anything that fits into their mouth. Angels can open their mouths larger than you think, an adult angel can easily eat an adult neon, so use that as a size reference.

Exactly what Tolak says, so it would really help if you could say what species of shrimp you are talking about .

OK I was told by my lfs that the angels will eat the cherry shrimp so I guess I cant house both of them

large agels could easily eat cherries if they wanted to.
