Angel Fish Has Tumor?

i have a angel fish in my 20 gallon tank with 2 corys. I have recently noticed a pink mass growing under my angel fish and i am unsure of what it is, and if my fish is going to die from it soon. i attached a picture

It looks more like a prolapse than a tumour, some fish pull through this some dont. Clean water is your best option and lots of it, a course of an antibacterial medication. I know that being in the states you can get medication with antibiotic, but I dont know the name of US meds. There is a list here...
