angel acting strange

Hello everybody

Awhile back i bought this cute little angel from Wal-mart which died in 2 days and gave all my fish fin rot and one of them got eye cloud as well.So i treated them with Mela-fix and stress coat and everything seemed fine.Then i few days later the fish that had gotten the eye cloud as well had fin rot again and his eye was pretty bad so i began the treatement again and its been 3 weeks and some days he looks better than other days but im wondering if there may be something else now.The fin rot is gone but he still has a spot on his eye that wont seen to clear up.All he does is sit at the bottom of the tank.He eats a little bit but definatly not as interested in food as b4.Yesterday i noticed he has a few pale spots on his black stripe.IOf anyone wants to see a pic I will take one.Somebody help me please!

if you are treating the angel with melafix it is reccommended that you use pimafix in conjunction with it. you might want to try that. also depending what else is in the tank you might want to add aquarium salt. this is good when treating fish as it helps with gill function.

I have a pleco and loaches in there which cant take salt right???but ill try the pimafix i guess

Do you have a large container you could put the angel in for awhile? I highly recommend a salt dip.

I have a 5 gallon or a 10 which i could temporarily move the contents to put him in for awhile.Is that too small???Otherwise I do have tubs but how would i keep the water heated and whatnot???Also with the tubs I have cats and i know they would figure out a way in there so im hoping i could use one of tanks.The 5 gallon would be btter for me as well because the 10 has a betta and you know how they can be with other fish,I dont want to move him then hell start biting at other fish and bla bla bla....Anyway please help lemme know what I should do,I am in limbo waiting for a response as soon as i know what to do im headed to the pet store

With diseases like fungus it is always advisable to treat the whole tank, using the pimafix is good advice but any good anti fungal medication should work.

ive been treating the enitire tank for almost 3 weeks and this one fish is the only one that is still sick the others seem just fine.I was juat a little worried about treating the tank when its only the one fish that is still sick.If there is no problem with that them i will continue.I was thinking though that maybe if he had a salt bath he may perk up faster then i could return him to the tank and and continue treatment of the tank.In any case should i use melafix and pimafix??and should i stop using the stress coat??
