Anemone Moving

About 3 days ago my Anemone desided to up root and move is has been in the same place for about 2 months. Not has is moved once it has moved every day and night for the last 3 days.IS THIS NORMAL.

No, not really, something is probably stressing it out. Will need WAY more details though. Chemistry, tankmates, lighting, flowrate, recent additions, ambient environment changes?
